Much of the staff spoke English, who were very accommodating. Very Good food/Great Chef. Room was very nice though bed a little hard. Water bottles in room. Best Thing was server/handyman Romeo. He was so very friendly and welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Place Aguascalientes! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful warmed pool and nice patio area. The room was just incredibly comfortable and modern. OMG and the bed was so comfortable and let’s not forget the AC that kept the room nice and cold. It’s also very close to the airport. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Aguascalientes. For the price paid, it was incredible. Special thanks to our 8th floor housekeeper Villanea for taking such good care of us...she was amazing!
